2.5 weeks (3 weeks inc vat) of the agreed monthly rental income
- Private meeting / call to understand your property needs and discuss the market
- Extensive advertising across the major online portals inc. featured listings
- Proactive tenant finder services (inc social media)
- Accompanied and virtual viewings
- Comprehensive professional tenant vetting (including Right to Rent checks)
- Government approved landlord deposit protection (MyDeposits)
- Rent protection insurance (organised on request)

Letting with Rent Collection
6% (7.2% inc vat) of the agreed monthly rental income
- Private meeting / call to understand your property needs and discuss the market
- Extensive advertising across the major online portals inc. featured listings
- Proactive tenant finder services (inc social media)
- Accompanied and virtual viewings
- Comprehensive tenant vetting (including Right to Rent checks)
- Government approved landlord deposit protection (My Deposits)
- Rent protection insurance (organised on request)
- Rent collection and follow up on late rent payments
- Option to move to Fully managed service on request

Premium Managed
10% (12% inc vat) of the agreed monthly rental income,
- Private meeting / call to understand your property needs and discuss the market
- Extensive advertising across the major online portals inc. featured listings
- Proactive tenant finder services (inc social media)
- Accompanied and virtual viewings
- Comprehensive tenant vetting (including Right to Rent checks)
- Government approved landlord deposit protection (MyDeposits)
- Preparation and signing of the tenancy agreement
- Rent protection insurance (organised on request)
- Rent collection and follow up on late rent payments
- Tenant support and responsive maintenance helpline
- Out of hours emergency helpline
- Access to our approved panel of trusted local trade services
- All repairs carried out within pre approved £ limits
- Landlord approval sought on works above £ limits
- Annual and periodic safety checks scheduled
- Mid term property inspection
- Check our inventory scheduled at the end of the term
- Tenant management and return of deposit
