Please find our current permitted payments listed below for property lettings through Jack Charles, which we would be happy to explain further if you have any questions.
• Holding Deposit (payable on application – non-refundable)
£ equivalent to 1 Weeks Rent
• Security Deposit (payable prior to the tenancy)
£ equivalent to 5 Weeks Rent
• Late, Unpaid, Returned Rent Payments (if incurred)
5% above the Bank of England base rate per annum (calculated daily).
